All orders placed on www.fitnessbox.co.uk are fulfilled by Royal Mail and are sent First Class.

It is our aim to send your order out within 2 working days of purchase however this may take longer during busy periods.

If your order is to be sent within the UK and has not arrived within 5 working days of receiving an email confirming delivery of your order, please contact us at admin@fitnessbox.co.uk.

If your order is to be sent outwith the UK and has not arrived within 10 working days of receiving an email confirming delivery of your order, please contact us at admin@fitnessbox.co.uk.

For orders outside the UK the purchaser may incur additional import duties & custom charges. These are levied at the port of ingress & are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We are currently offering free postage within the UK on all orders.
